At Mt. Angel Sausage, ALL OF OUR ARTISAN SAUSAGES ARE HANDMADE with
pure, lean meats. We add no fillers or preservatives. The
only items added to the meat are the fresh spices which give

4We recently came out to Oregon and took in the
Oktoberfest in Mount Angel. My husband hounded me to try your
